CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing Cold Plunge Repair Co LLC (“Cold Plunge Repair”, “we”, “our”) for your chiller repair needs. We strive to provide the best service possible and want to ensure that our cancellation policy is clear and transparent. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations:
- Shipping and Diagnostic Fees
Upon sending your faulty chiller to Cold Plunge Repair, you will be charged a shipping fee and a diagnostic fee. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if you decide to cancel the service before repairs have begun. - Cancellation After Shipping
If you wish to cancel the service after your chiller has been shipped to us, you may choose to have your chiller returned to you at your own expense. The shipping fee for returning the chiller will be your responsibility, and the diagnostic fee remains non-refundable. - Cancellation After Repairs Have Begun
Once repairs have commenced, cancellations are no longer permitted. At this point, the service is considered final, and any charges associated with the repair are non-refundable.

- No Warranty on Repairs
Cold Plunge Repair does not offer any warranty, express or implied, for the repair services provided. All repairs are performed to the best of our ability using high-quality materials and expert craftsmanship; however, we do not guarantee that repairs will prevent future issues or that the chiller will perform without further problems after the repair is completed. - Post-Repair Issues
In the event that your chiller experiences any issues after the repair has been completed, Cold Plunge Repair will not be responsible for additional repair costs or replacement parts. We also cannot guarantee that the repaired chiller will not be damaged in transit when it is shipped back to you. We recommend that you regularly maintain and inspect your chiller to ensure its continued performance. - Limitations
This warranty policy applies to all repairs conducted by Cold Plunge Repair Co LLC, and by engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Cold Plunge Repair Co LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of your chiller after repair.
