  2. Any shipping purchased through Cold Plunge Repair Co. will be shipped via LTL and palletized.
  3. Shipping, Diagnostic fees, and repairs are non-refundable.
  4. Ineligible Repairs include:
    1. Compressors
    2. Condensers/Evaporator
  5. Chiller repairs can take a long time due to the original manufacturer providing part. Often these parts come from overseas. We will update you when the parts are ordered and received and when the repair is complete.
  6. Service Limitations:
    1. We repair and service cold plunge chillers based on the information provided by the customer. Diagnoses are based on visible issues and may not uncover hidden damage or defects.
  7. No Guarantee of Performance:
    1. While we strive to repair chillers to optimal working conditions, we cannot guarantee performance levels or specific outcomes due to variables such as prior damage, wear and tear, or misuse.
  8. Health and Wellness Disclaimer:
    1. We do not offer medical advice. Cold therapy users should consult with a healthcare provider before beginning or continuing a cold therapy routine.

Liability Disclaimers

    1. Cold Plunge Repair Co. is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or loss caused by misuse or improper handling of equipment after repair.
  2. Damage During Shipping:
    1. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping to or from our facility. Customers are advised to package equipment securely and insure shipments if desired.

Environmental Disclaimers

  1. Chiller Disposal:
    1. Broken or unrepaired chillers disposed of by Cold Plunge Repair Co. will be handled in an environmentally responsible manner, but we cannot guarantee recycling or salvageability for all components.
  2. Compliance with Local Regulations:
    1. Chiller disposal services comply with applicable environmental and waste disposal laws. Customers should confirm local regulations if opting for personal disposal.

Payment and Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Diagnostics:
    1. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether repairs are approved or completed.
  2. Payment Terms:
    1. Full payment is required before releasing the repaired chiller to the customer or before shipping it back.

Customer Responsibility

    1. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the chiller’s condition and any known issues.
  2. Maintenance Post-Repair:
    1. Proper maintenance is necessary to preserve the repaired chiller's functionality. Failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines may void any warranty.
