Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping your Chiller to CPR:
- There are two options for shipping your chiller to CPR.
- Option 1: you ship directly to our facility at your own expense. You are responsible for any damage to the chiller in shipping.
- Option 2: you buy shipping from CPR and we schedule a pickup appointment and will handle any damage claims in the event of additional damage from shipping.
- Once the package is received we will take photos for documentation.
- CPR will ship the chiller back to the customer on a pallet, customer covers the cost of shipping.
- We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Alaska or Hawaii.
Delivery Locations:
- Residential Homes: Package will be dropped on the property.
- Apartments: Package will be left in the designated shipping area or with the front desk if available. Please add detailed instructions in the “order notes” section during checkout to help delivery drivers locate your apartment.
- Private Residences: Package will be left on the property. If access is restricted, the package will be left at the nearest accessible point, such as a gate or with security personnel.
- Commercial Addresses: Package will be left on the property.
Package Protection
For customers who did not purchase package protection and whose orders are subsequently lost, damaged, or stolen, Cold Plunge Repair Co is not responsible for replacing these orders. We recommend adding package protection during checkout for additional coverage.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to your order transfers to you upon delivery, as specified in this policy. CPR is not liable for late shipments or deliveries resulting from force majeure events.

Policy Modifications
CPR reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the last updated date. Your purchase of products following a posted policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with errors in payment or shipping information, product delays or unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or any violation of our T&Cs. All orders are subject to product availability, which may change without notice.
