While our repairs do not come with a warranty, we take pride in delivering reliable and effective solutions.
How long does the repair process take?
Most repairs are completed within 30 days of receiving your chiller. For expedited service, please inquire during scheduling.
How do I package my chiller for shipping?
Ensure your chiller is clean and dry. Use sturdy packaging with ample padding to prevent damage during transit. We recommend insuring your shipment.
What areas are eligible for services?
Currently, our repair services are available within the contiguous United States. Contact us for more details if you’re outside our service area.
Is the diagnostic fee refundable?
The diagnostic fee is non-refundable. However, it is credited toward your repair costs if you proceed with the repair.
Can I cancel or reschedule my service request?
Yes, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without incurring additional fees.
